The European Association of Hospital Pharmacists (EAHP) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.
ACPE ® is the American agency for accreditation of professional degree programmes in pharmacy and providers of continuing pharmacy education, including certificate programmes in pharmacy. Accreditation is the public recognition granted to a professional degree programme in pharmacy or a provider of continuing pharmacy education, including certificate programmes in pharmacy that is judged to meet standards through periodic evaluations.
Note that only seminars and keynote presentations are accredited.

ECM Accreditation for Italian participants
In EAHP’s continued effort to provide continuing education to hospital pharmacists around Europe, we are pleased to announce that S.I.F.O. - the Italian association of hospital pharmacists, has accredited the 17th Congress of the EAHP for the Italian continuing pharmacy education ECM accreditation points. These accreditation points are for Italian participants only.
Accreditation for Portuguese participants
The EAHP has submitted the programme of the 16th Congress themed “Pharmacists in a changing world - opportunities and challenges” to the appreciation of the Ordem dos Farmacêuticos (Portuguese Pharmaceutical Society) for the attribution of Continuous Professional Development credits. Soon will be provided information on the exact number of credits to be attributed to the Portuguese participants for the Portuguese Continuos Development credits.
Accreditation for Swiss participants
In EAHP’s continued effort to provide continuing education to hospital pharmacists around Europe, we are pleased to announce that the GSASA - the Swiss association of public health administration and hospital pharmacists - has accredited the 16th Congress of the EAHP for the Swiss hospital pharmacy continuing education program. The exact number of accreditation points is available on the website of the association (www.gsasa.ch) These accreditation points are for Swiss participants only.
Accreditation for German participants
The German Society of Hospital Pharmacists (ADKA) acknowledges the high level and quality of scientific education provided by the EAHP annual congress. Therefore the EAHP annual congress is accredited by the German accreditation system of Zertifizierte Fortbildung Klinische Pharmazie der ADKA. Members of the German Society of Hospital Pharmacists (ADKA) will obtain their continuing education points in the same amount as certified by ACPE without any further procedures.
Accreditation for participants from FYROM
The 17th Congress of the EAHP is recognized as a valid form of continuing education by the Pharmaceutical Chamber of Macedonia and has been accredited according to the chamber’s legal act.
Accreditation for Belgian hospital pharmacists
The 17th Congress of the EAHP is recognized as a valid form of continuing education by the national accreditation committee for hospital pharmacists. Participants need a paper certificate of attendance in order to obtain their accreditation points.
Accreditation for Czech participants
The Czech association of Hospital Pharmacists is very pleased to inform you that points of the system of the continuing education of pharmacists accredited by Czech Pharmacists Chamber (ČLnK) will be assigned for your participation to the EAHP congress in Milan. In agreement with ČLnK - the pharmacists CE guarantee by la - points will be awarded according to your participation in lectures, seminars and workshops at the congress.
