Registration will open in August 2011. View congress related deadlines for materials, registration, etc.

Please note that these deadlines must be strictly adhered too.


Registration - early:	Before 1 December 2011: 600 Euro and students: 90 Euro
Registration- 2nd	Beginning 1 December 2011: 700 Euro
Registration - 3rd	Beginning 1 February 2012 and on-site 800 Euro

Speakers bios for seminars	30 September 2011
Exhibitor advertisements for congress programme books to EAHP	15 January 2012
Advertisements for programme book due to EAHP	15 January 2012
Congress bag material inserts due to be delivered to congress centre in Milan	15 March 2012

Final submission satellite symposium presentations 1 March 2012
