The American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. The presentations identified in the program with an ACPE Program Number are cosponsored by ASHP and will be available for continuing pharmacy education credit for the number of hours indicated.  There is a maximum of 12 contact hours available for pharmacists.

 
Pharmacists seeking CE credit hours must complete a CE Request Form onsite and submit it before they leave the Congress.  An ASHP representative will be at the EAHP booth in the exhibit area when the scientific programs are not in session.  They will bring the forms back to ASHP for processing and ASHP will mail validated Statements of Continuing Pharmacy Education within six to ten weeks after the Congress.
