Dear colleagues,

It is my great pleasure to invite you to the 13th Annual Congress of the European Association of Hospital Pharmacists in the city of Maastricht, the Netherlands, from 27 to 29 February 2008.
The main theme of the Congress is ‘Hospital pharmacsts: added value for health’, a promising subject that every hospital pharmacist should feel concerned about. Besides this theme, and as at previous congresses, the programme will feature a variety of other cutting-edge topics for which the congress has become recognised as one of the premier worldwide educational events for hospital pharmacists in the spring season of each year.
The Annual Congress of the EAHP is the largest hospital pharmacy meeting in Europe, attended by some 2000 colleagues from all over the world. This provides a unique opportunity to meet, network and share best practice with colleagues while keeping abreast of the latest developments in hospital pharmacy.
Maastricht is one of the oldest and most beautiful cities in the Netherlands – a city with style, charm and elegance. The city is not only attractive, but also enterprising. The University of Maastricht is recognised as the best in the country. The city has a flourishing culinary culture and has the best variety of shops in the Netherlands, which will surely seduce you!
