2. Education:

• Master in Sciences: Physical Geography
• After 4 years in research in the field of glaciology at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), A. Bouzette has turned to administrative career in the sector of health care sciences at the Université catholique de Louvain (UCL). She spent 10 years as assistant, then director of the sector next to the DEAN.
• Since 2009 she is COO in one of the two university hospitals of UCL, and in charge of the implementation of the LEAN in the hospital.

3. Research Area:

Mrs. Bouzette is member of the Executive Committee as director, head of missions for the improvement and optimization of operations and processes cross-collaboration in the implementation of the strategic plan and its implementation by coordinating special initiatives cross. She developed an enthusiasm for the LEAN management and spent 1/3 of her time to encourage initiatives and this culture in the hospital.
