Can I register on-site at the Congress?
Yes, on-site registration are possible for the fee of 800 € for the 3 days of Congress, but please keep in mind that only cash or credit card payment (Mastercard and VISA only) are allowed. Cheques and American Express credit card are not accepted.
Registration opneing hours are as follows:
- Tuesday, March 20 from 12.00 to 17.00 (for groups only) Appointments are recommended.
- Wednesday, March 21 from 7.00 to 18.00
- Thursday, March 22 from 8.00 to 18.30
- Friday, March 23 from 8.30 to 14.00
Can I register as a student?
Yes, but please note that the student rate is reserved only to undergraduate students and you are required to provide an official document from your university stating that you are an undergraduate students, i.e. that you are completing your bachelor studies.
Please note that your registration request will be received by the EAHP Secretariat and a prompt follow up is required providing the official documents. Your application for a student fee is not valid until approved by the EAHP.
Can I register to attend the exhibition only?
Exhibitor passes are reserved to employees of exhibitors of the Congress only, and business cards are required to be shown at the exhibitor’s counter in the registration area to obtain the badges.
If you are not working for one of our exhibitors, you will need to purchase a full registration to visit the exhibition.
When is deadline to provide details of the attendees of my group registration?
You will need to enter following details directly at the below link on the EAHP website by February 1st, 2012. Any names entered after this date will not be inserted in the participants' list.

Is it possible to process a name change after this date?
Name changes are always possible. After 31st December 2011, all name changes will be subject to a 60 € charge (VAT included) per name change.
How do I get a VISA invitation letter?
In order to obtain an official invitation letter to the Congress, payment must first be received by EAHP. Please keep in mind that International bank transfer might take up to 2 weeks to be received, whereas credit card payment can require up to 3 weeks time to be authorized.

Which is your Cancellation Policy for Group Registrations?
For groups a maximum of 15 % of the registrations may be cancelled before January 1, 2012 (less €100, bank and administration charges per cancelled participant). No refunds can be made after this date but substitution is always accepted.

Which is your Cancellation Policy for Individual Registrations?
Cancellation of individual registrations received before 1 January, 2012 will be refunded (less €100 per registration, bank and administration charges).
