GROUP REGISTRATION (for groups of 2 or more people)
“Online registrations are closed as of 16.00 on Friday, 16th March. If you wish to register to attend the congress after this date/time, only on-site registration will be possible and either credit card (Visa and Mastercard) or cash payments will be accepted. Wire transfers will not be possible for on-site registrations. The web site links will no longer function after this date/time.
If your group registration has still a pending payment and/or you wish to process a name change, please proceed directly to the cash counter onsite as changes may not be made at the group registration desk.
Registration fees
The registration fees are set follows :
- Registration Fee before 1 December 2011: € 600
- Registration Fee beginning 1 December 2011: € 700
- Registration Fee beginning 1 February 2012: € 800
- Student Fee (only for undergraduate students): € 90
Registration fee includes access to all sessions, the opening reception, the exhibition, lunches on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and coffe/tea during official breaks.
Registration fee includes 21% VAT according to Italian law.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AS FROM MARCH 15th,2012 LOG ON TO ENTER NAMES WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE, AND THESE CAN THEREFORE BE ENTERED ONLY ONSITE AT THE EXTRA COST OF 6O EURO (VAT INCLUDED)

- Kindly note that participants' details need to be added by February 1st, 2012 in order to be included in the participants list which will be distributed at the Congress. Any participant's names added after February 1st cannot be listed.
- Note that for participants' names to be entered on-site an extra fee of 50€ + VAT applies.
IMPORTANT: Logon to the EAHP website will not be possible as from March 14th, 2012, therefore from this date forward it will be possible to add names only onsite at the additional rate of 60 euro each.
Registration on-site (name badge and congress bag collection)
The registration pick-up hours will be as follows:
- Tuesday, March 20 from 12.00 to 17.00 (for groups only) Appointments are recommended.
- Wednesday, March 21 from 7.00 to 17.00
- Thursday, March 22 from 8.00 to 17.00
- Friday, March 23 from 8.00 to 11.00
Payment terms
1. Cheques will NOT be accepted.
2. Only payments made in Euro will be accepted.
3. As confirmation of registration, an invoice will be issued after receipt of the Registration form.
General terms and conditions:
EAHP reserves the right to use any photos taken of participants during the congress events for EAHP marketing purposes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of individual registrations received before 1 January 2012 will be refunded (less €100 per registration, bank and administration charges).
For groups a maximum of 15 % of the registrations may be cancelled before January 1, 2012 (less €100, bank and administration charges per cancelled participant). No refunds can be made after this date but substitution is always accepted.
