Note that all hotel accommodations will be made through the EAHP web site via our official housing
bureau.

All payments, changes and cancellations for hotel accommodations will be handled directly by Mondial
Congress & Events.

Deadline for Hotel Booking
MONDIAL CONGRESS & EVENTS offers hotel accommodation in selected hotels also after the December 1, 2010 booking deadline. You are invited to continue with the online hotel booking link with real time room availabilities for your immediate booking.”

Terms and Conditions
Please note that hotel bookings can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment required per room (two nights).

The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. Please note that, in case of early departure, the hotel is entitled to charge all nights booked. The balance between the deposit and your total invoice must be settled directly with the hotel.

For cancellations received by December 1, 2010, an administrative fee of EUR 35,00 will be charged.

For cancellations received after December 1, 2010, deposit payments shall be forfeited.

Only written cancellations may be accepted.

Amounts due will be reimbursed after the Congress.

Group Booking (10 or more hotel rooms)

Terms of Payment
The total amount outstanding should be made out in advance in EURO (payments in other currency will not be accepted) in favor of 16th Congress of the European Association of Hospital Pharmacists and only by one of the following procedures:
