Registration and hotel accommodations

Registration
The registration fees are set follows :
Registration Fee before 1 December 2010: € 600
Registration Fee beginning 1 December 2010: € 700
Registration Fee beginning 1 February 2011: € 800
Registration fee includes access to all sessions, the opening reception, the exhibition, lunches on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and coffe/tea during official breaks.
Registration fee includes 20% VAT according to Austrian law.
Note that registration will be made via a link to the registration page that will be available in July 2010.
Registration on-site
The registration pick-up hours will be as follows:
Tuesday, March 29 12.00-17.00 hours (for groups only)
Wednesday, March 30 07.00-17.00 hours
Thursday, March 31 08.00-17.00 hours
Friday, April 1 08.00-11.00 hours
Payment terms
1. Cheques will NOT be accepted.
2. Only payments made in Euro will be accepted.
3. As confirmation of registration, an invoice will be issued after receipt of the Registration form.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of individual registration or hotel reservation received before 1 January 2010 will be refunded (less €100 per registration, bank and administration charges).
For groups a maximum of 15 % of the Registrations may be cancelled before January 1, 2010 (less €100, bank and administration charges per cancelled participant). No refunds can be made after this date but substitution is always accepted.

Deadline for Hotel Booking
Deadline for hotel bookings is December 1, 2010.
After this deadline, reservations will still be handled. However, MONDIAL CONGRESS & EVENTS cannot guarantee hotel accommodation after this date.
Terms and Conditions
Please note that hotel bookings can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment required per room (two nights).
The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. Please note that, in case of early departure, the hotel is entitled to charge all nights booked. The balance between the deposit and your total invoice must be settled directly with the hotel.
For cancellations received by December 1, 2010, an administrative fee of EUR 35,00 will be charged.
For cancellations received after December 1, 2010, deposit payments shall be forfeited.
Only written cancellations may be accepted.
Amounts due will be reimbursed after the Congress.

The total amount outstanding should be made out in advance in EURO (payments in other currency will not be accepted) in favor of 16th Congress of the European Association of Hospital Pharmacists and only by one of the following procedures:
