New EU Guidance on investigational medical devices

The European Commission has issued new guidance on investigational medical devices. The guidance underpins EU rules on medical device safety and is intended to help clarify when the use of investigational medical devices is appropriate and what procedures to follow to reporting clinical incidents. More information is available on the Commission’s website.
