Council adopts the 7th Research framework programme (FP 7)

The Council adopted on the 25 September 2006 a common position on a draft decision establishing the 7th research framework programme (FP7) of the European Community (EC) for the period 2007-2013. The Council's common position will be forwarded to the European Parliament with a view to reaching an agreement at the second reading under the co-decision procedure.
