General Information

Welcome to the registration area of the 19th EAHP Congress !

To find all relevant information and to register online to the congress in a few simple steps:

If you wish to register as an individual person, select in the sidebar the individual registration section.
If you have to register a group of 2 or more people, select in the sidebar the group registration section.

Individual registration

ONLINE REGISTRATIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS WILL OPEN ON 1 AUGUST 2013

Registration fees

The registration fees are set follows :

Registration Fee BEFORE 1 December 2013: € 600
Registration Fee BEGINNING 1 December 2013: € 700
Registration Fee BEGINNING 1 February 2014: € 800
Student Fee (only for undergraduate students): € 90

Registration fee includes access to all sessions, the opening reception, the exhibition, lunches on Wednesday and Thursday as well as coffee/tea during official breaks.

Registration fee includes 21% VAT according to Spanish law.

Registration on-site

The registration pick-up hours will be as follows:

Wednesday, March 26 from 7.00 to 17.00
Thursday, March 27 from 8.00 to 17.00
Friday, March 28 from 8.00 to 11.00

Payment terms

1. Cheques will NOT be accepted.
2. Only payments made in Euro will be accepted.
3. As confirmation of registration, an invoice will be issued after receipt of the Registration form.

General terms and conditions

EAHP reserves the right to use any photos taken of participants during the congress events for EAHP marketing purposes. In addition, all participants registered before 5 February will have their names published in the participant list book which is distributed to congress participants. If you do not agree, please email registration[at]eahp[dot]eu

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of individual registrations received before 1 January 2014 will be refunded (less €100 per registration, bank and administration charges).

Cancellation Policy

For groups a maximum of 15 % of the registrations may be cancelled before January 1, 2014 (less €100, bank and administration charges per cancelled participant). No refunds can be made after this date but substitution is always accepted.

Student Info

STUDENT REGISTRATION WILL OPEN ON 1 AUGUST 2013

To register as a student for only €90 per student please click on the individual registration or group registration sections, and follow the instructions.

You will be asked to provide evidence of your student status but this can be sent after the initial registration. Registration will not be complete and payment will not be taken until this evidence is sent.
