Mr Benjamin Garel (MBA) is currently Director of Improvement team at AP HP (Greater Paris University Hospital)

2. Education

Mr Garel has an engineering background (Ecole Polytechnique and MBA). After starting his lean journey in industry he became a civil servant and has used the lean approach to improve customer satisfaction in hospitals. Benjamin Garel has been working in healthcare for 9 years and is currently Director of Improvement team and conducts several lean transformations in different hospitals of the AP HP.
