3. Research area

Mrs. Moeller Andersen has more than 20 years of experience within various QA related to pharmaceutical manufacturing. Her experience cover QA and managerial responsibilities in pharmaceutical industry as well as in hospital pharmacies. With regard to LEAN she got profound managerial experiences during her positions in the pharmaceutical industry and currently she is actively involved in the start-up phase in the pharmacy. Among others a special area of interest is how to optimize the utilization of the LEAN philosophy so beyond increased effectively we will achieve strengthening of the GMP based Quality Management System
