The Associação Portuguesa dos Farmacêuticos Hospitalares organises the XI National Congress of APFH, which theme is "Pharmacists  focused on the patient and the profession”, will take place from 21 to 24 November at the Estoril Congress Centre, with a program that will continue on the path of training and updating knowledge of pharmacists integrated in hospitals and other health care providing units.
