Registration Masterclass 2018

Registration for the Synergy Masterclass is now open!


The registration fees are set as follow (VAT excluded, 21% will be added at the end):

  • Non-Members € 400 (VAT excluded)
  • EAHP Members € 200 (VAT excluded)* - Please note that participants are members if their national associations are EAHP's members.

The registration fee includes the attendance to the 2-day Synergy Masterclass, 2 coffee breaks per day, 1 lunch per day and the Synergy Masterclass package including all the printed materials.

Limited seats are available! Deadline to register: 15 September 2018.

* Please note that registration for the EAHP members rate will need to be approved by EAHP Secretariat. If the membership is not approved, participants will be requested to register for the Non-Members rate.


  • In order to receive the Certificate of Attendance and ACPE Certificate, the participant will have to attend the full Synergy Masterclass. 
  • Participants will be randomly divided into 2 different groups and they may not change the group they were assigned to. 
  • For organisational purposes, each group will follow the same programme but in different order. Participants will receive the final group they are assigned to once the registration deadline is closed, along with other important information. Payment terms

1. Cheques will NOT be accepted.
2. Only payments made in Euro will be accepted.
3. As confirmation of registration, an invoice will be issued after receipt of the Registration form.
4. Invoices are due immediately upon receipt. 
5. Bank charges must be paid by participants.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund of the registration fee is not accepted once the registration is submitted. Replacement is always accepted and can be requested to the EAHP Secretariat.

General terms and conditions

EAHP reserves the right to use any photos and videos taken of participants during the Synergy Masterclass for EAHP marketing purposes which may include the EAHP YouTube channel, Facebook page, etc. If you do not agree, please email registration[at]eahp[dot]eu.

By registering to attend the EAHP congress, you consent to receiving EAHP marketing emails, news and/or announcements. If you do not wish to receive these communications, please send an email to registration[at]eahp[dot]eu.

Bring a colleague and benefit from 10% discount when registering!

As a special offer for participants, you are entitled to a 10% discount on your registration when you bring a colleague to the 2018 Synergy Masterclass.

How can you benefit from this discount? Please send an e-mail to registration[at]eahp[dot]eu and mention the participant's details (name, surname, country). The EAHP Secretariat will apply the discount once your colleague has completed the online registration and payment.

The discount will only be applied once.

Types of rooms on the 4,5 and 6 of October 2018

  • Single room at 115,35 euro per room, per night.
  • Double room at 135,36 euro per room, per night.
The room rate at the Synergy Masterclass hotel includes breakfast, free WiFi, the city tax and 6% Belgian VAT. The payment is settled directly with EAHP Secretariat.
Participants can pay by either credit card or by bank transfer. Payments by bank transfer are requested immediately upon the receipt of the invoice. If the payment or a valid proof of payment is not received after 7 days, the registration will be cancelled.
Participants are highly advised to book their accommodation at the Synergy Masterclass hotel. The hotel room can be directly booked during the registration process. The Synergy Masterclass venue and hotel is located near Brussels airport and outside the city centre. Free shuttle busses are available from the airport to the hotel.
Please note that should you require additional hotel nights, you will need to contact the EAHP Secretariat in order to check for availability.
