Current Status, Position

Dr Kornelia Chrapkova currently is Lead Clinical Pharmacist of the Clinical Pharmacy Department and the Medicine Information Centre of the Hospital Pharmacy, Chief Deputy Pharmacist of the hospital pharmacy at the Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine in Prague and Member of the EAHP Scientific Committee. She is also responsible for the implementation of clinical pharmacy services in the hospital, with a special interest in antibiotic policy and transplant medicine. She is as well Member of the Drug Committee of the hospital and Member of the TDM (therapeutic drug monitoring) team and Antimicrobial Stewardship team of the hospital. She is Lecturer at the Institute for Postgraduate Education.
