1. Current Status, Position
Dr Nuno Augusto Alberto de Miranda is working as a physician in a bone marrow transplantation unit at IPO Lisbon. He is the Director of the Portuguese National Cancer Plan.
2. Education
Dr Nuno Augusto Alberto de Miranda studied at the Medicine School of the University of Lisbon and graduated as MD in 1986. He did his fellowship in Haematology at the Portuguese Institute of Oncology and was also a fellow of the European Cancer Center at the Netherlands Kanker Instituut from 1994 to 1996.
3. Research Area
Dr de Miranda's research areas are haematopoietic transplantation and cancer policies.
