1. Current Status, Position

Mrs Carita Lindén-Lahti is currently a Medication Safety Officer at Helsinki University Hospital (HUS). She is responsible of coordinating and developing medication safety in HUS. She is also doing her PhD studies in the University of Helsinki.

2. Education

Mrs Lindén-Lahti studied Pharmacy at the University of Helsinki and became MSc (Pharm.) in 2008. In 2020 she obtained ASHP/ISMP Medication Safety Certificate.

3. Research Area

Mrs Lindén-Lahti's research focuses on medication safety interventions and severe medication errors.
