COVID-19: Practical examples of Clinical and Hospital Pharmacy Services for COVID-19 patients

In May 2020 the EAHP and ESCP collected inspiring examples of clinical and hospital pharmacy services for COVID19-patients. Selected examples will present how they delivered COVID19 pharmaceutical care in their hospitals. Furthermore, a COVID19 pharmacotherapy update will be provided.
