The International Society of Oncology Pharmacy Practitioners (ISOPP) and the British Oncology Pharmacy Association (BOPA) presents the XVIII International Symposium on Oncology Pharmacy Practice (ISOPP 2019). ISOPP 2019 takes place October 10-13, followed by one day Masterclass on October 14, at the Novotel London West, in London, UK.
