ABPHB VZA represents 1.344 hospital pharmacists in 163 hospital pharmacies across Belgium.
Hospital Pharmacy specialisation is mandatory, lasting 3 years from 2013. This legally defined specialisation is required to work as a hospital pharmacist, and/or in a managerial role.
This specialisation is composed of one academic year and two years of internship within the hospital (s). Key features of the internship are found below:
