Marking Europe Day (9 May), EAHP is conducting a quick poll of views on what the top issues in hospital pharmacy are that the EU should help to address.

Surveyed options include:
• helping cross border recognition of the hospital pharmacy specialisation
• introducing barcoding of single dose medicines
• improving clinical trial regulation
• addressing the problem of medicines shortage
• encouraging health system change to make full use of hospital pharmacist skills
