EAHP, in collaboration with EuroPharm Forum has published a booklet summarising the results of a collaborative survey which investigates the status of communication between hospital and community pharmacists in Europe.

The findings highlight the level of importance that pharmacists from both sectors place on inter-sector communication, whilst simultaneously revealing there is still much more to do make such communication as a standard reality. 

The survey results also shine light on some of the perceived barriers to communication that should be the focus of improvement activity.
