On 18-24 November 2019, countries around the world marked World Antibiotic Awareness Week (WAAW), along with European Antibiotic Awareness Day on 18 November. In 2019, the theme is #KeepAntibioticsWorking to raise awareness about the threat to public health of antibiotic resistance and the importance of prudent antibiotic use.  

To this purpose, we encourage you to support the campaign, share messages and pictures during the week 18-24 November 2019, using the hashtag #KeepAntibioticsWorking. You can get some ideas from our toolkit below and use images to support the campaign!
