1. Current Status, Position

Prof Jacklin is currently the Professional Lead for Medicines, Pharmacy & Pathways Lord Carter's Operational Productivity review in Mental Health and Community Trusts in NHS Improvement.

2. Education

Prof Jacklin attained her degree (BPharm) from Nottingham University and spent 31 years working in hospital pharmacy of which 21 years was spent as Director of Pharmacy at Imperial College Healthcare and predecessor trusts. Since 2012 Prof Jacklin has been working independently in a variety of roles reviewing hospital pharmacy at local and national levels. Prof Jacklin was the professional lead for Lord Carter's acute trust operational productivity review which was published in February 2016.

3. Research Area

Prof Jacklin is the Chair of the Centre for Medicines Safety and Service Quality an academic pharmacy collaboration between University College London UCL) and Imperial College Health care and is visiting Professor at the UCL School of Pharmacy.

She also holds a visiting chair at Imperial College London in the Department of Infectious Diseases where she supports masters and PhD students.
