1. Current Status, Position

Dr Jennifer Newbould is currently a Research Leader at RAND Europe a not for profit research organisation. She leads a number of qualitative studies in health, and is particularly interested in primary care and patient experience.

2. Education

Dr Newbould has an undergraduate degree from the University of Surrey and a PhD from the School of Pharmacy, University of London.

3. Research Area

Dr Newbould's research focuses on patient experience, health professionals and primary care in the UK. She recently managed a multimethod evaluation of a 'telephone first' approach to demand management in English general practice.
