Held under the tagline "Personalised Hospital Pharmacy – meeting the needs of every patient", the EAHP 2018 Congress took place between 27and 29 March in Barcelona, Spain. The annual congress brought together hospital pharmacists, researchers, doctors, industrial leaders, students, other healthcare professionals from around the world to share the latest studies, important developments, and best research methods in personalised medication.
