The European Summit on Hospital Pharmacy was launched at a special event at the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) Congress in Dublin on 3rd September 2013.

In this presentation, EAHP President Dr Roberto Frontini describes the background to the initiative, its purpose and intended outcomes, and why such a Summit is necessary to take hospital pharmacy service and practice standards to the next level in Europe.
